Peter is an experienced infrastructure professional having worked as advisor, lender and principal in a career spanning 24 years.
Peter started his career as a solicitor in Melbourne before commencing in banking in London in 2005. Most of his career has been spent in capital markets and M&A, with a particular focus on power, utilities and infrastructure. Peter has completed over $100 billion of transactions across more than 20 countries.
Having worked in senior roles with Citigroup, Deutsche and Jefferies, Peter has a global perspective and a wealth of contacts across banking, funds and asset management. Peter also has unique insight and experience in working with Government.
Peter holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Law (Hons 1) and a Master of Laws from the University of Queensland. He was awarded a Master of Finance from Cambridge University where he remains a lecturer in Infrastructure Finance.
Peter is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a shareholder and nonexecutive director of several privately held companies.
